Custom orders are welcome and i try to work with you to the best of my ability to provide an item you will be happy with. For most paintings, a non refundable deposit is required after a design has been agreed upon, and the remaining payment upon completion before shipping.

For headdresses, I'm happy to make them up so you can check they are what you are after, before taking any payment.

I try to be accurate in my measurements but on occasion the boxes i paint may be off by a few millimetres.

I use centimetres naturally so please feel free to message me about any measurements you may require in inches and i can convert them for you.

All items are best kept out of direct sunlight in a dry, warm room in order to last a long as possible at their best.

Metal corners or badges may bring to rust if they are somewhere humid or come into contact with water.

Large quantities can be made, please give me a much notice as possible. Price and time frame discussed through messages.

Most items are sent out with a mix of lots of bubble wrap, brown paper, a sealed waterproof sleeve or bubble envelopes/cardboard boxes.
Cards and prints are sent out in hardback envelopes where possible.

I do try as much as i can to make sure your item reaches you safely but if it has been damaged in transit, please let me know and i am happy to send a replacement.

Gift wrapping can be done usually with either tissue paper, wrapping paper or nice ribbons/washi tape. Less time is available to gift wrap over the run up to Christmas.
